摘要 一个表面抗原144位Asp→Ala的新乙型肝炎病毒变异株倪方锷,甘人宝,杜传书,李载平段恕诚,徐志一(中国科学院上海生物化学研究所上海200031)关键词乙型肝炎病毒,变异株,乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原,DNA序列我们在早期HBV研究工作中,已经观察到同种... aving an Asp→Ala substitution in aa144 of the major S, a new HBV mutant wasidentified from the blood sample of a persistently infected patient #105, who was born from a carrier mother positive both in HBsAg and HBeAg. Patient #105 had been immunized with HBV vaccine after parturition under a conventional 0、1、6 SCHEDULE, BUT FAILED IN BEING PRO-tected. This major S aa144Asp→Ala HBV mutant has been detected both in the blood samples of patient # 105 at 1 and 4 years of age which indicated that this new HBV mutant is compe- tent in replication. As the aa144 is just next to the aa145,which was reported to be criticalfor the“a”epitope, the substitution of Asp to Ala in aa144 should be important also also for“a”and this HBV major S mutant might be a new escape mutant which led to the failure of pro-tection by HBV vaccine composed of wild type S antigen.
