he kinetics of CAEV provirus integration with GSM was detected by PCR .It was demonstrated that the genomes of provirus were integrated 24 hours post-infection,moreover this integration appeared to be persistent.This study showed that PCR is a rapid diagnosticmethod for CAEV.
