摘要
本文叙述绝缘材料快速热老化试验方法──热重点斜法(TPS)研究的新成果。TPS的功能性老化试验,可以采用变温技术,既节约了试验时间及费用,又提高了结果的可靠性,故在实用上有重要意义;理论分析及试验数据证明,TG试验的过高的温度,对TPS的准确度影响很小;TPS时活化能EP的计算公式,有极好的再现性,是TPS的主要优点之一,并非所谓的“迟钝”;TPS中TG试验起次要的作用,这是由常规老化法的规律所决定的,是合理的,不是TPS的缺点;事实上,TPS的准确度很可能不亚于常规法(CA)。
This paper illustrates TPS method of fast thermal aging test forInsulation materials.Using temperature change techniques,TPS method not only saves test time and expense but also improves its rellablllty,so it has practical meaning Theoretical analysis and testing data verificate that very high temperature in TG test affects degree of accuracy very little.Formula calculation of active energy Ep has very good repeatlon TG test in TPS methodls secondary because of geoeral rules of aging mehtods ,which is reasonable not shortcoming of TPS.The degree of accuracy in TFS method is higher than that in CA method.
