摘要
本文用极大似然法对双模态Weibull分布进行参数估计。双模态Weibull分布函数在双对数坐标系中为曲线,比单模态Weibull分布能更好地反映实验结果。其分布密度出现两个峰值,说明材料中两种类型的缺陷引起界面脱落破坏。碳纤维经表面处理前后引起的变化主要是层间剪切强度和mi值的提高。
The parameters of bimodel Weibull distribution function are estimated by the maxmium likelihood method.It exhibits curve in double logarithm coordinate system and is fit in with experimental datas more well than single model one does.The fact that the probability density is with two peaks indicates that there are two sort of defects in material which initiate interfacial failure.After surface treatment of carbon fiber,the ILSS and Weibull modulus m i ncrease.
