摘要
本文根据聚氨酯弹性体所具备的耐磨、吸收冲击等特性,利用其与石英砂复合制成耐磨衬板。通过理论分析和实验初步证明了该衬板的优越性。本文同时对这种复合材料衬板的耐磨性能进行了分析。
In this paper,based upon the properties of polyurethane elastomer,such as abrasion resistance and absorbing impact and others,the lining board isdeveloped with quartz sand.Through theoretical analyses and experiment,it preliminarily proves the superiority of the lining board.The abrasion resistanceproperty of this composite lining board is also analysed in this paper.
