摘要
石蜡型浸润剂尽管有些缺点,但由于它拉丝性能、纺织性能和环境性能较好,至今仍是我国纺织用玻璃纤维的主要浸润剂.所以,如何控制好石蜡型浸润剂的质量仍是玻纤技术工作的重要任务之一.本文就这一问题根据30年的实践谈些自己的看法,主要是:1.筛选出合理的配方.2.严格控制原料的质量.3.特别要掌握好配制这一重要环节,并使用软化水.4.管理好回收油并和新油混合使用,以保使用的油质稳定.
Because of its better performances of attenuation, weaving and environment, paraffin based sizing remains to be one of the most important sizings in glass fibre for weaving purpose in China. For controlling the quality of the sizing, the followings should be pay attentions to, to select rcsonable formulation, to control the qualities of raw materials strictly, to mix the raw matrials carefully and to use soft water, to control the quality of recycled sizing and to mix it with new sizing in proportion.
