晶体生长抑止剂对Al_2O_3纤维晶化过程的影响

摘要 利用XRD、IR和SEM,研究了八种晶体生长抑止剂对Al_2O_3纤维品化过程的影响.结果表明纯Al_2O_3纤维析晶顺序为:无定形(?)η-(?)γ-/x-(?)δ-(?)α-Al_2O_3,当引入不同抑止剂时,Al_2O_3析晶的顺序发生变化,同时还能析出k-、(?)-和0—Al_2O_3.其中抑止剂SiO_2、B_2O_3、ZrO_2和P_2O_5对α—Al_2O_5晶粒的生长有较好的抑止作用.在SiO_2—Al_2O_3系统中,随着SiO_2含量的增加,α—Al_2O_3晶粒减少,同时析出莫来石晶相. By means of XRD、IR spectrum and SEM, the effect of eight kinds of grain-growth inhibitors on the crystallization of Al2O3 fibres isinvestigated. The results show that the sequence of the crystallization in pure Al2O3fibres is as follows:amorphous→η-→γ-/x-→5-→α- Al2O3. The said sequence will change and the other phases such as k-、γ- and 0-Al2O3 may appear ifdifferent inhibitors are introduced. Amony them SiO2、B2O3、ZrO2 and P205 have good inhibiting effect on the growth of α-Al2O3grains. In SiO2-Al2O3 system, the amount of α-Al2O3 grains decreases with an increase of the amount of SiO2, and mullite phase formssimultaneously.
