结构用陶瓷接合述评

摘要 评述了制造高质量结构件接头的可行方法及其主要问题。论述了几种发展前景好的接合方法:熔焊、活性金属钎焊和间接扩散接合,并介绍了其它几种新颖特殊的接合方法:压铸法钎焊接合、电场辅助接合、超声波接合和微波接合。 The paper have reviewed the techniques available for fabricating high-integrity joints for structural applications,as well the main factors that effect bonding.Several prospective methods,still in the development stage--fusion welding,active metalbrazing and indirect diffusion bonding,have been discussed,the other novel and unusual processes--squeeze casting brazing,electric field-assisted bonding,ultrasonic joining and mi-crowave joining are also presented.
