压电及铁电陶瓷应用研究的某些进展 被引量:2

摘要 对压电陶瓷在声马达、机敏及智能器件中的应用研究进展作了简要综述,特别介绍了压电陶瓷/金属复合薄板振动模式、声马达振动模式的有限元分析等研究的新成果。同时,对驰豫铁电陶瓷的研究进展也作了评述。 The progress of application research on piezoelectric ceramic acoustic motor ,smart and intelligent devices was reviewed briefly.In particular,the new research results of vibration modes of piezoelectric ceramic/metal composite thin plate and the finite element analysis of acoustic motor vibration modes were introduced. In addition,the development of ferroelectric relaxor ceramics were also c-valuated.
