摘要
选择几类不同系列的先进陶瓷材料,分析了其磨损规律与材料力学参数及其显微结构的内在关系,实验结果表明,具有硬度较高的碳化物材料的抗低角度损能力最强,而引入能量耗散机制的复相陶瓷的抗高角冲蚀磨损性能增加,提出了不同冲蚀角度工况下耐磨陶瓷的复相设计要点。
A range of advanced ceramics were selected and the relationships between its mechanical parameters and microstructure and the properties of erosion wear have been analyzed, The experimental results have revealed the carbide composites with high hardness show the excellent resistance to eresion wear at low angle impact; whereas the erosion rate decreases considerably at the normal impingement upon the strengthening ceramics with energy dissipative mechanisms, the design of resistant ceramic composites to erosion wear under the condition of various impacting angles has been put forward.
