对材料科学优先资助领域战略研究的几点思考

Some Points of View in the Strategy Research on Priority Setting in Materials Science

作者认为对国际上出现的材料研究热点,不应盲目追溯。要从系统科学的高度出发,做好国家不同科技计划间的衔接。既要支持跟踪性研究,更要支持创新研究。重视国民经济提出的材料科学问题,以拓宽经费渠道,促进科技体制改革。要重视学科交叉性研究,促进学科调整和人员流动,防止把科技计划搞成“就业计划”。

The author points out that we should not blindly follow the popularfields in the materials research which show up in the world recent years. We should make different national science and technology plans dovetail. Not only the research of tracing should be supported, but also the research bring forth new idea should be even more supported. The materials science projects effected the national economy should be paied more attention. Therefor,the source of financial supporting will be expanded,and the system reform of the science and techmology organization will be promoted. The research in the crossing fields should be emphasized. The adjusting of science subjects system and scientists mobilization should be accelerated. We must prevent to turn scientific program into 'the job plan'.
