摘要
本文对连续SiC纤维增强Ti-15-3合金基复合材料的界面进行了初步的研究。试验结果表明,真空热压或热等静压复合固结SiC/Ti-15-3试样中界面反应区尺寸约为4μm左右,界面部位含有较多的Ti、Si和较少的V、Cr、Sn、Al。
n this paper,the fibre/matrix reaction zone in comtinuous SiC fibre-reinforced Ti-15-3 alloy matrix composite has been inititally investigated The experimental results indicate that the thickness of the reaction zone in the SiC/Ti- 15-3 sample fabricated by vacuum hot pressing or hot isostatic pressing is approximate-ly 4μm, the concentration of Ti,Si is high and the concentration of V,Cr,Sn and Al is low within the reaction zone .
