摘要 对化学沉积镍磷非晶态合金的沉积过程和机制进行了试验研究.采用扫描电镜、能谱仪和X射线衍射仪对不同沉积时间沉积产物的表面形貌,化学成分、组织结构和耐蚀性能进行了分析与探讨.为提高化学沉积镍磷合金的工艺水平及其应用提供了理论依据. The deposition process and micromechanism of chemical depositional amorphousNickel--Phosphorous alloy were studied experimentally in this paper. The surface profile of chemical composition. microstructure and corrosion resisting properties of deposition process products for different deposition time interval were observed, and analyzed by SEM, Spectrometer and X-- ray Diffract -- meter. Theoretical bases for practical' application were provided and technique level of chemical depositional Nickel--Phosphorous alloy was raised.
