摘要
切削与晶须取向方向间的夹角(晶须角)对SiCw/Al复合材料切削表面质量有很大影响。当切削角为45°时,晶须拔出和转动现象均较少,复合材料切削表面粗糙度最低。当切削角为135°时,晶须转动造成的撕裂破坏程度很大,复合材料切削表面粗糙度最大。
he angle between the whisker orientation direction and cutting direction(cutting angle) has much ef-fectq on the cutting surface quality of the SiCw/Al composite。 When the cutting angle is 45°,the amount of the pulled out or rotated SiC whisker is lower, so the snrface finish of Ra is the lowest;when the cutting angle is 135°,lots of SiC whiskers are rotated which leads to a serious torn fracture on the cutting sur-faces,so the surface finish of Ra is the highest.
