加强“中心”工作，促进航空材料技术发展

Strengthen the Technology Development of Aeronautical Materials

本文把航空材料、热工艺及理化测试技术发展中心的主要职责范围归纳为行业管理、技术发展和技术服务三个方面；提出，当前主要是组织好编写行业发展规划、学术和经验交流、做好理化检测机构评审和理化检测人员的持证上岗及组织好工艺辅助材料的定点生产供应。

his paper pointed out that the main duties of development Center of aeronautical materials,specialtechnologies and physical-chemical-mechnical properties measure ment&test(including nondestructivetest ) in the Aviation Industries of China(AVIC)are summarized into three fields which include professionmanagement,profession technical development and service trades.Recently the research center is going toorganize the scientists,Engineers and technical cares in AVIC to compile a development program of aeronau-tical materials sciences and technologies for the “95”national plan and the initiation of next century,ex-change concerning the seiences and technologies,evaluate the physical-chemical-mechnical properties mea-surement&test organizations and promote their staff′s level,so that they could hold a card for operationwhen they take on their posts and etc.
