耐碱泵用新型KM-1双相铸造不锈钢的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在本项研究工作中,设计了用于具有固相颗粒的高温碱条件下的双相铸造不锈钢的组织及其化学成分。采用金相显微镜和X射线衍射的方法分析研究了试验钢的组织,通过均匀腐蚀、电化学腐蚀、晶间腐蚀等腐蚀试验方法研究了钢的耐蚀性能。试验及现场试运转结果表明,具有双相组织的KM-1铸造不锈钢在具有固相颗粒高温碱介质条件下具有较好的耐蚀性能,由KM-1制做的泵件寿命比常用的316提高了约一倍。此外,KM-1钢还具有良好的铸造性能。 n this research work,the structure and chemical composition of cast stainless steel eith micro-duplexstructure used for high-temperture alkili with solid grains was designed.The micro-structure was studied bymeans of metallurgical microscope and X-ray diffraction.And the corrosion-resistance of steel was studiedby the test of well-distributed corrosion,electrochemical corrsion,intergranular corrosion as well as gringcorrosion and so on.The results of the experiments and try running at the testing ground show that KM-1 cast stainless steel with micro-duplex structure has abetter corrsion resistence in the environment of high-temperature alkili with solid grains.The pump made of KM-1 raises life-span about one time than the pump made of 316 steel.In addtion,KM-1 stainless steel has also better casting behaviours.
