摘要
研究了不同工艺参数对粉末冶金法制造的非连续体增强铝基复合材料性能的影响规律,发现热挤压可大大改善复合材料的组织与性能。复合材料的最佳热处理工艺也与单一合金材料有很大不同。分析了影响复合材料基体时效动力学的主要因素。
he study had been carried out on the effects of various technological parameters on the proporties of aluminum alloy matrix composites with discontineous reinforcements, produced by powder metallurgical method. The results showed that hot extrusions could improve the structures and propotties of composites to alarge degree. The optimum heat treatment parameters are not the same as those for controlled matrix al-loys. The main factors which influenced the ageing dynamics of composite matrix were analyzed.
