摘要
研究了Ni_3Al金属间化合物及溅射CoCrAlY涂层在900~950℃空气中,表面存在(Na,K)_2SO_4盐膜时的热腐蚀行为。结果表明,Ni_3Al遭受严重的热腐蚀。溅射CoCrAlY涂层可以通过在表面迅速形成保护性Al、Cr氧化膜而显著改善Ni_3Al的耐热腐蚀性能。
ot corrosion of Ni_3Al intermetallic compound and sputtered COCrAlY coating on Ni_3Al in the pres-ence of(Na,K)_2SO_4 salts film at 900~950℃ in air were studied. It is shown that Ni_3Al suffers hot corrosion, and sputtered CoCrAlY coating can grcatly improve hot corrosion resistance of Ni_3Al by the for-mation of protective Al,Cr oxides scale.
