摘要
研究了16NiCo钢在时效过程中的微观组织变化及其对力学性能的影响。结果表明,淬火钢于440℃出现二次硬化峰,主要是由M_2C在位错线上析出造成的。在420~440℃之间出现第一类回火脆性,于550℃出现第二类回火脆性。它具有可逆性,属于第二类回火脆性。
he influence of aging process on microstructure and mechnical properties of 16NiCo steel have been studied. The results show that steel aged at 440℃ shows secondary-hardening peak. This is attributed to M_2C coherent precipitated at matrix dislocations. Aging at 420~440 tempered martensite embrittlement was observed. Temper embrittlement which occurs at 550℃ tempering is reversible.
