Thermodynamics of the Ordering and Disorder Transformation in Cu-Zn Alloy System

摘要 假定Cu-Zn合金在高温时的α及β相为规则固溶体,由实测数据的计算结果表明,该合金系在α相的交互作用系数EαCuZn随Zn量的减少而显著变化.通过将拟合得EαCuZn与XZn间的函数关系代入马氏体相变时的自由能变化式,所计算的相变点Ms与实测结果甚为吻合,从而为二元功能材料的充分开发和利用积累了更为完整的资料. The a and β phases in Cu--Zn alloys being assumed to be regular solution at elevated temperature, the results calculated from the experimental data have been shownthat the value of the interaction parameter of componentS Cu and Zn in the a phaseE:.. varies obviously with the decrease of component Zn. Substituting the functionrelationship between ECuZnα and XZn obtained through curve fliting into the expressionof variation of free--energy of the system, the calculated martensitic transformationtemperature Ms is very agreement with experimental curve, so as to havea morecomprehensive informations for fully making use of two --Clement Cu--base function materials.
