摘要
将超声引入全属塑性加工领域.设计与制造了一套超声波振动拉伸装置,并在设计与制造换能器的基础上,对超声系统的性能做了测试.利用该振动装置对金属铜试件进行了拉伸试验.结果表明,该装置性能可靠.
A set of ultrasonic tensile test installation has ho designed and manufactured which introduces ultrasonic to the metal forming field. The properties of the ultrasonic vibration system have ho examined. By using this system, a tensile test of copper specimen have been performed. The results show that the ultiasonic vibration installation is reliable.
