A Rigid-plastic FEM Analysis of the Plastic Flow Field of Backward Spining

摘要 建立了筒形件反旋工艺平面变形刚塑性有限元分析的力学模型,比较了把反旋工艺视为正挤和本文力学模型条件下的速度场。 In this paper, a rigid-plastic FEM modelling of backward spinning is put forward. The velocity fields are compared under the conditions that backward spinning is simplified as forward plate cxtrusion and as the modelling in this paper. The velocity field of backward spinning obtained by rigid --plastic FEM is agreeable with the actual technological conditions.
