镍硼镀层对陶瓷与金属联接的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用自催化镀方法对Al_2O_3陶瓷表面进行3Ni-B镀层金属化处理,然后,把金属化的Al_2O_3分别和Ni、Fe-Ni合金组成偶对,进行了固相压力扩散焊,并通过组织成分分析对界面区的固相反应进行研究。结果表明,经特殊预处理的99%Al_2O_3陶瓷,其表面镀层Ni-B与基体的结合强度可达250MPa以上,镀层呈非晶态,而热处理后可完全晶化。Ni-B/Ni(Fe-Ni)对,界面消失,成分完全均匀;Al_2O_3/Ni-B对,机械咬合紧密,在一定厚度的互扩散层(2.5μm)。试验中还发现,在压力扩散下,镀镍薄层(约8μm)表现出异常的扩散能力,尤其Al ̄(3+)向镀层小的扩散能力非常强,值得注意。 The auther first used the method of autocatalytic plating to metallize the Al2O3 ceramic, and the metallized ceramic was joined to metal Nickel or Iron-nickel alloy, respectively, using pressure diffusion method. The interfaces between ceramic and metal or alloy were observed through scan electron microscope. The result shows that after special pretreatments, the bond strength of Ni-B film and matrix is generally above 250MPa for 99%Al2O3. Ni-B plated film has amorphous structure, but it willbecome crystal completely after heat treatment and the interface between Ni-B/Ni (Fe-Ni) disappears, chemical composition completely well-distributed. Al2O3/Ni-B interface has a good mechnical grip and a diffusion layer of about 2.5μm,In experiment,it was also find that Ni-B plated film has a very strong ability of diffusion under pressure,and especially, the aluminum ion diffuses into Ni-B plated film.
