含稀土抗氧化剂的热浸镀铝工艺研究

A Hot Dip aluminum oating Technique with an Antioxidant Containing Rare Earth Cerium

在热浸镀铝液中添加了含稀土铈的抗氧化剂后，铝液表面无需覆盖熔剂，降低了成本；净化了铝液，使镀件表面平整、光亮且无杂色斑；提高了镀层抗氧化性能。

If an antioxidant which contain rare earth cerium is put into liquid aluminum for hot dipping, the surface of liquid aluminum will not need any of covering fluxes,so the cost of coating will be lower,the liquid aluminum will be purified,the surfaces of coated parts will be smoothed,brightened and will have no any of stained color spots.The oxidation resistance of coated parts will be increased.
