摘要
根据推导的用于计算阶梯式浇注系统流量分配的准伯努利方程,采用快速下降─牛顿法对流量分配进行了计算,较为准确地判断出任意结构、尺寸的阶梯式浇注系统分层注入功能的强弱,为正确设计阶梯式浇注系统提供了依据。
Based on the quasi-Bernolli equation derived for calculating the flow distribution of step-gate system, the flow distribution is calculated with fastest speed decent-Newton method, so sequential flow function of step-gate system with any structure and dimensions can be determined accuratelly, and foundation is provided to design the step-gate system correctly.
