摘要
研究了退火温度对ZnO2—Bi2O3一TiO2系材料相结构、显微形态及电性能的影响,得出500℃以下退火,材料的性能稳定并有所改善,500℃以上退火材料的压敏电压升高。
By using XRD and SEM the phase structure, microstructure and electrical properties ofZnO-Bi2O3-TiO2 system were studied at different annealing temperatures. It is found that the varistor becomes stable at annealing temperafure less than 500℃. The breakdown voltage increased and the non-linearproperties deteriorated at annealing temperature more than 500℃.
