摘要
用化学沉淀法和升温水解法合成了纯α─Fe2O3和SnO2掺杂的α─Fe2O3,用XRD和TEM研究了掺杂方式对α─Fe2O3微观结构的影响,用静态气敏测试方法研究了掺杂方式对α─Fe2O3气体灵敏度和电阻的影响结果表明:水解法α─Fe2O3颗粒微细(~40nm),阻值适中(数百kΩ)。
?Fe2O3 and SnO2 doped α-Fe2O3 were made by chemical precipitation and hydrolysis. Effects of doping methods on microstructure of α-Fe2O3 were studied with XRD and TEM. Effects of doping methods on gas sensitivity and resistance of α-Fe2O3 were tested with static method of gas-sensing measuring. The results show that 2wt%SnO(2-)-α-Fe2O3 obtained by hydrolysis is of high gas sensitivity(12 times for 2kppm C4H(10)), proper working resistance (105-106Ω) and small particle size (1-40nm).
