摘要 对于热固性树脂,适宜的室温稳定性和较快的固化速度是十分重要的为此希望体系有较高的活化能(Ea)和熵因子(A)用P─苯醌和适当的硫化物合成了15个烷基硫翁盐.用双环氧树脂Cy179和潜催化剂,通过凝胶化实验考察了硫翁盐的活性。 The design of thermosetting resins for optimizing storage stability and cure schedule is an important consideration in application. It is apparent that the reaction with relatively large Ea and A values (in Arrhenius equation) is most desirable for this goal. 15 alkyl-substituted sulfonium salts as latent curatives have been synthesized from p-benzoquione and appropriate sulfides in 70% H2SO4 aqueous solution at about 0℃. conversation to the tetrafluoroboratic, hexafluorophosphatic, hexafluoroarsenatic and hexafluoroantimonatic sulfonium salts were accomplished by treatment of the bisulfates with equivalent aqueous solution of their acid and salt. Some synthesized sulfonium salts are provide in Table 1. The reactivity of sulfonium salts as latent curatives for cationic polymerization of diepoxy resins (Cy179) has been investigated by gel time studies and discussed in term of kinetic parameter consideration (Table 2 and Fig. 1).
