摘要
测量了不同载荷下40Cr钢和304不锈钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀磨损率,用Tafel法和极化阻力技术测定了静态及磨损状态下的腐蚀率,并用浸泡实验结果予以修正.定量分析了两种材料在3.5%NaCl水溶液中腐蚀磨损交互作用量,结果表明腐蚀对磨损的加速作用是材料流失的主要原因.
The corrosive wear rates of 40Cr steel and 304SS in 3.5%NaCI solution were measured experimentally, the corrosion rates under wearing and steady state respectively were also measured with Tafel method as well as the polarization resistence technique, and were calibrated by the results of immersion test.The synergistic amounts between corrosion and wear of the steels in 3.5% NaCl solution were quanhtatively analysed. It shows that the corrosion-induced wear is the main reason of the material removal.
