摘要
利用复合电镀方法将TNT/RDX(50/50)混合炸药爆炸后生成的爆炸黑粉(由超微细石墨、金刚石及无定型碳组成)与Ni共沉积制备了Ni基复合电镀层.实验结果表明:复合电镀层呈非晶化趋向,其硬度和耐磨性能明显改善,而且还具有较好的自润滑性.
The black solid powder consisting of ultrafine diamond, graphite and amorphous carbon was synthesize using the detonation method of TNT / RDX (50 / 50) mixed explosive, and the Ni-black powder electrodeposited composite coating (ECC) was prepared. Experimental results showed: comparing with Ni and Ni-graphite coatings, the Ni-black powder ECC was showing an amorphous tendency, its microhardness and antiwear performance increase obviously, and it possessed the better self-lubricating property.Correspondent : YAN Fengyuan, Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Lanzhou 730000
