对能查觉和监测有毒和易燃气体的气敏元件的需求一直在增长,发展了许多新技术,SnO2半导体元件可能有许多合乎需要的性能.本文依据在Swansea进行的以选择性问题为核心的工作。
Abstract The ever increasing need for sensors capable of detecting and monitoring toxic and flammable gases is presented and the various techniques available are introducted. Semiconductor devisces based on SnO2, which potentially have many desirable characteristics, are discussed in detail with particular reference to the work in Swansea which has focused on the problem of selectivity.
