丙咪嗪对大鼠应激条件下脑内单胺介质代谢的影响

摘要 本实验观察了预先给大鼠丙咪嗪后对应激引起的脑内单胺类介质代谢变化的影响。一次给药未改变应激引起的变化,而反复给药则有效地阻止了应激条件下脑内多数部位5羟色胺代谢率的增快,以及下丘脑去甲肾上腺素含量的急剧下降。结果提示反复给丙咪嗪对应激引起的脑内单胺代谢变化具有预防作用。 The effect of continuous administration of Imipramine (IMP) on the cerebral metabolism of nprepinephrine (NE) and 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in immobilized stressed rats was examined. For the application of stress, rat was housed in a stress cage at 30 min after the final IMP injection, and the cage was immersed in a water bath (25℃) for 30 min. The immobilized stress induced the increase of turnover rates of 5-HT in the hypothalamus, cerebral cortex, hippocampus, and these changes were prevented by continuous administration of IMP. The stress-induced decline of NE in the hypothalamus and striatum was prevented by administration of IMP.
