几种药物对人白血病克隆原细胞的抑制作用

摘要 细胞毒药物和细胞分化诱导剂均能抑制白血病克隆原细胞的生长,但作用机制不尽相同。本文提出人白血病克隆原细胞的检测系统可为鉴别细胞毒药物和细胞分化诱导药物以及探讨其抗癌作用机制提供一种可靠的实验方法。 The present paper is designed to investigate the inhibition of human leukemia clonogenic cells grown in soft agar medium by several drugs. Res-suits indicated that the growth of clonogenic cells could be inhibited by both cytotoxic drugs and cell differentiation-inducing agent. The cells differentiation-inducing agent inhibited the growth of clonogenic cells by means of inducing human leukemia cells differentiating into mature myeloid cells, while the cytotoxic drugs functioned by means of killing cells directly. It is reasonable to postulate that the assay of human leukemia clonogenic cells in soft agar medium might be a practical method for identifying whether a agent was a cytotoxic drug or a cell differentiation-inducing agent and elucidating the anti-tumor mechanism of these drugs.
