大黄对胃粘膜保护作用与胃粘膜屏障和前列腺素E_2的关系 被引量:2

摘要 本工作研究大黄对胃粘膜的保护作用与粘膜屏障和粘膜前列腺素E_2的关系。实验结果表明;(1)胃饲大黄(0.5g/100g体重)能显著抑制乙醇造成的大量K^+离子外流;(2)胃饲大黄能有效提高胃粘膜前列腺素E_2含量,还可明显减弱消炎痛对胃粘膜前列腺素E_2合成的抑制作用。(3)预先注射消炎痛(5mg/kg)能抑制大黄对前列腺素E_2合成的促进作用,但不能阻断大黄对胃粘膜的保护作用。结果提示:大黄保护胃粘膜作用与促进粘膜前列腺素E_2合成和加强胃粘膜屏障有关。 The present work observed the possible relationship between the protection of rhubarb on gastric mucosal damage and its effect on gastric muco-sal content of PGE2 and gastric barrier. The results showed that: (1) Intra-gastric administration of rhubarb in dose of 0.5g/100g inhibited K+ outflow induced by absolute ethanol. ( 2 )Intragastric administration of rhubarb increased the levels of PGE2 in gastric mucosa and restored the synthesis of PGE2 blocked by indomethacin significantly. (3) Pretreatment with indomethacin in dose of 5mg/kg di'd not abolish the protection of rhubarb on gastric muco-sal damage, but inhibited increment of PGE2 levels induced by rhubarb.Our results suggest that protection of rhubarb on gastric mucosal damage might be due to incresing synthesis of gastric mucosal PGE2 and strengthening gastric mucosal barrier.
