超氧化物歧化酶对非感染性皮炎的抗炎作用

摘要 吞噬细胞在参与机体炎症反应过程中释放大量的超氧阴离子(O_2^-),当活性氧过量时则加重炎症。由于超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase简称SOD)能清除O_2^-,而O_2^-又是活性氧产生的起动因子,因此SOD具有抗炎作用。我室从牛红细胞中提取纯化SOD,并以SOD为主要成分经过滤灭菌制成皮肤外用剂。用随机对照双盲法对82例病人对进行临床疗效观察。接触性皮炎与日光性皮炎的对照组与治疗组的治疗结果经X^2检验P<0.05;湿疹的对照组与治疗组的治疗结果X^2检验P>0.05。治疗结果与国外有关报道比较,并进行了讨论。SOD外用剂治疗某些原因引起的皮肤急性非感染性炎症是有效的。 In the progress of inflammation the phagocytosing granulocytes produce a large amount of the superoxide radical (O2-) that is the starting factor of the active oxygen. Excessive O2 -and other active oxygen aggravate the inflammation. Because superoxide dismutase (SOD) can scavenge O2- , the enzyme has the antiinflammatory activity.Our laboratory has purified the enzyme from fresh bovine blood, and the SOD external preparation that mainly contains SOD has been prepared by filtration. The double blind controlled studies in various inflammatory skin diseases of 82 patients with SOD versus placebo show that the superiority of SOD external preparation to placebo is statistically significant in contact and solar dermatitides, and not significant in atopic dermatitis. The treatment of skin inflammatory diseases induced by some causes with the SOD external preparation proves effective.
