摘要
本实验比较了川芎嗪对不同段的肺血管的舒张作用,结果表明川芎嗪对肺实质内动脉的舒张作用比肺实质外动脉强,内皮细胞能促进川芎嗪对肺动脉的舒张作用。
The experiments were performed on the male Wistar rats weighing 250-300g. It was observed that iigustrazine had dose-dependent dilator effect on the phenylephrine-precontracted pulmonary artery. The pulmonary artery with intact endcthelium was relaxed more markedly by Iigustrazine than that without endothelium. The intrapulmonary artery had higher sensitivity and reactivity to Iigustrazine than extrapulmonary artery. It was assummed that Iigustrazine has blocking effect on the voltage-dependent Ca2+channel. It seems that is the main reason to explain the dilator mechanism of Iigustrazine on the pulmonary artery. However, our results suggest that endothelium might partially participate in the relaxation of pulmonary artery elicited by Iigustrazine.
