桑树植物防卫素研究：抗桑黄化型萎缩病品种育2号枝皮的分析

STUDIES ON PHYTOALEXIN OF MULRERRY:PHYTOALEXIN ANALYSIS FROM MULBERRY BARK OF MYDD RESISTANT VARIETY──YU-2

以Ｆｕｓａｒｉｕｍｓｏｌａｎｉｆ．ｓｐ．ｍｏｒｉ菌接种诱导的育２号桑枝皮经丙酮提取，抗菌活性追踪溶剂萃取得乙酸乙酯提取物活性部位，进一步反复柱层析和制备薄层层析得到Ｍ１、Ｍ２、Ｍ３和Ｍ４４个植物防卫素成分。其中Ｍ２、Ｍ３；和Ｍ４经波谱解析和文献对照，证明为ＭｏｒａｃｉｎＣ，Ｇ和Ｎ。

The mulberry shoots of Yu-2 which were inoculated with Fusarium sclani f.sp.mori ,were extracted with acetone. The extract was then fractionated through partitionbetween organic solvents and water. Ethyl acetate extract,the active fraction,was fur-ther purified through column and preparative thin layer chromatography, and four phy-toalexins such as M1,M2,M3and M4 were obtained. Among them,M2-4 were identifiedas Moracin C,G and N by spectral elucidation and comparison with reported data in Iit-eratures.
