摘要
本文讨论了0~256π范围内实现二进制编码器的工作原理,并对实现空间二进制编码器传动系统及码盘系统进行了计算与精度分析,同时对粗、细编码盘的校正进行了讨论。由于大角度采用空间编码、使机构和电路大大简化,提高了抗干扰能力,对实现雷达测角及数控机床加工过程中的尺寸检测有着广泛的实用性。
In this paper the working principle of binary encoder for the range from o to 256π is discussed and the coding mask and rotating System of a space binary encoder are calculated and analyzedfor their accuracy. At the same time ajusting for rough and fine encoding has ben discuased. Becausethe space encoding is used for a large angle. the mechanism and electric circuit are simplified obviously, the ability to resist intorference is improved and a wide usability ekisted for realizing measuring an-gle by a radar and in provess size detecting for a NC machine tool.
