摘要
用丘克拉斯基技术从固液同成分熔体中生长了Mg2LiNbO3晶体,介绍了掺镁铌酸锂晶体生长的最佳工艺条件,所生长的晶体具有抗光折变性能,光学均匀性好。
The Mg 2 LiNbO3 crystuls were grown by the czochralski technique from the congruent melt. Good technique conditions of growth on magnesium doped lithium niobste crystals were introduced. Results show that the Wg:LN crystals have resistance to photorefraction and good optcal homogeneous.
