前向散射光纤棒测试仪的设计

Design of measurement instrument for forward-scattered-light preformed-optical,fiber-rod

为了保证优质光纤预制棒的研制，本文设计了一种新的前向散射光纤预制棒测试仪。经测试证明：该仪器完全达到设计要求，与国内同类产品相比，本设计在工艺和技术上有较大的改进，具有结构简单、造价较低、操作方便、性能稳定，图像清晰等优点。测试误差小于１％，完全满足使用要求。

To poduce high quality preformed-optical-fibers-rod,for getting attaining high quality optical fiber, a new instrument for measuring parameters of optical fiber rod utilizing forward- scattered- light properties are designed in this paper.Through adjusting and testing,the instrument reaches the requirement of the design. Compared with native products,the improvement is obvious in design-skill and technology,such as , structure simple,lower cost, convenient opera-tion,steady performances,clear and precise pictures,The measured errors of the instrument are less than 1%,It perfectry reaches the commercial require-ment。
