印刷电路动态功能调测系统的设计

Design of test system for the dynamic function of the printed circuits

为了解决程控交换机生产和维护中的质量检测及故障诊断问题，本文从实用的角度出发，针对ＣＹ院自行研制开发的ＣＩＰＴ─２０００型数字程控交换机，提出了交换机用户板故障检测的方法，设计了其测试系统的硬件结构及软件结构，并用汇编语言和Ｃ语言得ｕ实现。经实际应用表明，该系统性能可靠，方法实用，井使用户板的生产和维护效率大大提高。

To solve the troubles in quality testing and fault diagnosis for producing and maintaining of the digital SPC(stored program control)switching system,in view of type CIPT-2000 SPC product, manufactured by CY college,the fault diagnosis algorithm and method of the simulated SLC(subsriber line circuit)for the SPC researched by ourselves are presented;the hardware and software structure for testing system are designed and implemented by C and assemble programs. Through practice it shows that the system is reliable,the method is practical.Efficiency of producing and maintaining on the printed circuits of SLC is greatly raised.
