摘要
对产地、收获时间、贮藏条件相同的青海鹅观草(Roegneriakokonorica)和无芒鹅观草(Roegneriamutica)种子进行了15、20、25、30℃四种恒温及10~25、15~25、15~30、20~30℃四种变温处理,测定其萌发适宜温度;相继以适宜萌发温度(20℃),分别结合预冷、光照和0.2%硝酸钾三种预处理及低温(15℃)、变温(15~30℃)等措施测定两种子适宜的破除休眠技术。结果表明:鹅观草种子适宜萌发温度为15~25℃、15~30℃变温及2O℃恒温,青海鹅观草还适宜10~25℃的低变温。发芽试验初次统计在第6天,未次统计在第14天为宜。预处理及变温、低温处理结果表明:以20℃恒温结合预冷处理最好,可显著提高发芽率及萌发速度,其次为15~25、15~30℃变温。青海鹅观草较无芒鹅观草萌发速度快,且适宜在较低温度下萌发及生长。
The optimum temperatures for germination of Roegneria kokonoriac and R. mutica with same harvest andstorage conditions were determined,There are eight treatment i.e four constant temperatures 15,20,25,30℃and four alternation temperatures 10-25,15-25,15-30, 20-30℃。The preference methods forbrcaking dormant in both seeds were determined.Treatments are that both seeds germinate under20℃withdifferent pretreatment i.e prechilling,light and KNO3 0.2%;and both seeds germinate under 15℃and 15-30℃without pretreatment. The results showed that optium temperature for germination in Roegneria kokonorica and R. mutica seeds were 1 5-25,15-30 ℃ alternation temperature and 20 ℃ constant tempera-ture. First and final germination counts were recorded on sixth and fourteenth of the experiment,respec-tively. Preference methods for breaking dormant were pechilling under 20℃. Roegneria kokonorica germinat-ed faster than R. mutica and also preferred germinate under low temperature condition.
