十五种野生草本植物种子在不同温度下萌发能力的研究

Study on Seed Germination Ability of 15 Wild Herbaceous Plant Species under the Different Temperature

本文利用５种萌发指数研究了１５种草本植物种子在不同温度梯度下的萌发能力。研究结果表明，虽然种间在种子萌发方面对温度的反应有些差异，但表现出相同的趋势。对大多数种来说，种子萌发所需的最适温度约在１５～２０℃之间，在５种萌发指数中，只有Ｃｚａｂｅｔｏｒ１９６２年提出的萌发值（ＧＶ）指数是有用的。

The ability of seed germination of 15 herbaceous plant species under different temperature conditionswas studied by using 5 germination indices. The results showed that there are differences among species inseed germination ability in responding to temperature,but their germination characterestics display the sametendency. The optimum temperatures for the most of 15 species to germinate are generally close to 15～20℃。The five of single-value germination indices used in the present study make the fifteen plant speciesdisplay different response to temperature. However,in the five indices,it seems that the index of valuewhich was proposed by Czabator in 1962 is appropriate.
