摘要
甲烷是一种易燃、易爆的气体,可用氧化锡气体传感器进行探测,为了增强敏感特性,使用不同的催化剂进行实验,由于添加的催化剂不同,使氧化锡膜的表面状态也不同,这就造成了其膜性能的一些差异,用Pt、CeO2、La2O3和它们的混合物作为催化剂,从它们的性质来看,Pt是燃烧催化剂,而CeO2是原子氧的传输体,实验结果表明了CeO2和Pt的混合物显示出对甲烷的极佳催化特性。
Methane is a kind of mp burning and explodingpe. It can be detected by tin oxide-based sensors. In orderto enhance the sensing behaviour to methane. experimentshave been done with different catalysts. As the variance inactivators, the films of tin-oxide prasent different surfacestates, that leads to different characteristics of the films.Pt, CeO2, La2O3 and mixtures of them are employed as acti-vators in view of their properties as a combustion catulyst(Pt) and an atomic oxygen-transfer system (CeO2). Theexperhoental results of this work show that mistures ofCeO2 and Pt present the bot catalytic properties with re-spect to methane detection.
