摘要
多次动测记录器是一种不用测量导线,能进行多达31次的测振记录器,工作带宽为1kHz时,一次记录最长时间16s,带宽为250Hz时,为64s。每次记录时间长短由人工设置。具有模拟及数字两种输出。无线电遥控开电源。启动记录的同步信号可由自控与遥控两种手段提供。在连续测量的空闲时间里,工作在降耗方式以减小蓄电池耗电量。本文论述了多次记录器的主要硬、软件设计,指出它将在许多动测领域里取代磁带机的现实可行性及必然性。
The multiple dynamic measurements recorder ( MDMR ) is a remote-controlled unit withwhich the vibration signals can be measured up to 31 times by using no measuring wires. At thebandwidth of 1 000 Hz , its max. duration for one recording is 16 sec , which is preset manually.MDMR has both analog output and digital output. Power supply can be operated by remote control.The synchronous signal for starting recording may be provided by self-operated control or/and remotecontrol. At idle time of successive measuring , MDMR is operated on power- down mede to reducepower comsumption of storage batteries.The paper describes the principal hardware and softwaredesigns of MDMR ,indicating that it will replace the feasibility and inevitability of magnetic recorderin many dynamic fields.
