湿磨细水泥浆材的制备及灌浆技术的研究 被引量:16

摘要 针对裂缝宽度为0.2~0.05mm或单位吸水率ω=0.05~0.01L/min·m·m的岩体水泥灌浆存在的问题,选择湿磨细水泥灌浆技术进行了研究。研制出了新型齿盘式高效水泥湿磨机(GSM-1型)和制浆工艺。这套设备和制浆工艺,既可直接与灌浆机组联接,又可纳入集中制浆系统。普通水泥浆经其细化后,最大粒径D_(max)<40μm,D_(50)=10μm。阐述了其作用机理、制浆工艺流程、浆材的基本特性、灌浆工艺。介绍了现场灌浆试验和工程应用情况。实践表明,所研制的湿磨机和提出的制浆及灌浆技术,能有效地改善水泥对岩体细裂隙的可灌性,提高灌浆质量。目前已在工程中应用,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。 In order to deal with the rock fissures cement grouting(0.2~0.05 mm wide or ω=0.05~0.01L/min·m·m),it is necessary to study the wet fine cement grouting technique and thepaste making technology. A new-type,high-efficiency geared grinder(TYPE GSM-1) for wet fine ce-ment is developed.After the normal cement paste is ground,its maximum grain size is less than 4 0μm(d_(max)<40μm)and median size is equal to 10μm(d_(50)=10μm).This paper describes the working princi-ple of the grinder,the paste-making technology process and addresses the main paste properties,thegrouting technology,and in-situ test.Results show that the wet grinder developed,paste-making tech-nology,and grouting technique can improve the groutability and quality of cement paste on rock fis-sures.At present,the good benefits in economy and society are gained by using this grinder and tech-nology on some practical projects.
