摘要
采用最新资料，综合记述了长江最上游（通天河段）森林灌丛的自然地理条件、类型与分布、资源量与资源特点以及评价与建议，初步揭示了其高寒特征、地位和作用，提出了建立水源涵养－护牧林的生态经济型防护体系的新构想。
In this paper,the natural geographical conditions, types and distribution,resources quality and characteristics of forests and shrubs in the upper reaches ofthe Yangtze River(the reaches of Tongtianhe)were described and discussed onthe basis of the newest materials and information,We preliminarily give out theevaluation about these vegetations andanalyze the alpine-cold characteristics,the position and the role of forests andshrubs in this area. According to these,the new idea was proposed about theconstruction of the ecological and economic shelter-forest system which aims atboth water conservation and the protection of live-stock.
