Development of NC lathe Machining Simulation System

本文介绍应用于数控车床的加工模拟系统．此系统由毛坯显示模块，刀具及夹具决策模块，数控程序编辑模块及数控加工模拟模块所组成．应用此模拟系统，能及时、方便地检查和修改程序员所编制的数控加工程序，产生正确和优化的数控加工程序．此加工模拟系统作为数控车床在生产中应用的辅助工具是很有效的．

The article introduces the machining simulation system appliedto NC Lathe. The system consists of the blank display model, the tool and fixtvre selection model, NC machining programeditting model and NC machining simutation model. By usingthe system, the NC machining program is checked and modified timely, and hence the optimum NC lathe machining program is obtained. It is an effective accessory tool in the applic ation of NC lathe to production
