抗肿瘤药物对细胞核TPK活力的影响

Effect of Antitumor Drugs on TPK of Nuclei

本文测定了几种抗肿瘤药物对小鼠正常肝细胞和Ｈ２２腹水肝癌细胞核酪氨酸蛋白激酸（ＴＰＫ）活力的影响，其中盐酸氮芥、氟尿嘧啶、猪苓多糖、环磷酰胺、去甲斑茅素、三尖杉酯碱和油酸多相脂质体７种药物表现出对Ｈ２２腹水肝癌细胞ＴＰＫ活力明显的选择性抑制作用，而对正常肝细胞ＴＰＫ作用不明显。

We studied the influence of antitumar drugs on the catalytic activity of tyrosineprotein kinase from both normal mouse liver and H 22a ascites nucleus. As a result, we foundthat seven antitumor drugs,including chlormethine,endoxan, 5-Fluorouracil and four traditional Chinese medicines, could inhibite activity of the TPK of H22a cell specially, but didn't showeffect on the activity of normal liver.
