我国汉族人群中单、双重睑的分布及其遗传方式的研究

Investigation of Distribution andGenetic Factors of the Singl-fold andDouble-fold Eyelid in Chinese Han Nation

本文对８１８名汉族大、中学生单、双重睑的分布情况及２０３个不同婚配家系子代单、双重睑的发生情况进行了调查。群体中双重睑者４９７人占６０．７６％，单重睑者２９５人占３６．０６％，一单一双者２６人占３．１８％，男女上述三种上睑类型的分布频率无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。家系调查结果经等位基因频率测验法分析表明：单、双重睑为一对等位基因控制的遗传性状，单重睑符合常染色体隐性遗传方式。

The investigation about distribution of single-fold and double-fold eyelid in 818students and pupils of junior and the rate of single-fold and double-fold eyelid in children of 203different family trees was made. The incidence of double-fold eyelid was 60.76% (497/818),single-fold eyelid was 36.06% (295/818 ), one sigle-fold another double-fold eyelid was 3.18%(26/818 ). There was no significant difference between male and female (p>0. 05). The result ofinvestigation on family trees by the analysis method of allele frequencies showed that singlefold eyelid is a kind of autosomal recessive inheritance character.
